Joppy is a visionary leader, serial entrepreneur, best-selling author, and award-winning international speaker with over 20 years of experience across corporate America, regulatory compliance, entrepreneurship, and nonprofit leadership. A recognized authority in integrity, ethics, and compliance, she has held senior executive roles—including Vice President of Corporate Compliance and Integrity for an international human services organization—and has advised corporations, faith-based institutions, and professional associations within the healthcare, dental, and nonprofit sectors. Dr. Robyn is the author of Integrity Matters. Be Your Word, an Amazon Best Seller, and has delivered more than 100 keynote presentations and 200 workshops globally. After decades of corporate leadership, Dr. Robyn stepped fully into entrepreneurship and purpose-driven impact—founding One Accord Consulting Firm, LLC, Pearls Management, and Project Cultivate, a global nonprofit organization committed to empowering girls through education, integrity, leadership, and economic development. Her entrepreneurial vision has reached international stages, including the launch of the International Shades of Beauty (ISOB) Hair & Beauty Trade Show in Dubai and the world’s largest virtual hair, beauty, and wellness trade show in 2020. Deeply committed to service, mentorship, and global equity, Dr. Robyn founded Project Cultivate as a personal mission to cultivate confidence, opportunity, and purpose in girls worldwide—bridging corporate excellence, entrepreneurship, and philanthropy to create lasting, generational impact.

Rev. Donna M. Humphries is a Pittsburgh native, evangelist, and ordained minister who received her call to ministry in 1993 and was ordained in 1998. She is a graduate of Sawyer Business School and completed ministerial and chaplaincy training through several institutions, including Pinecrest Bible Correspondence School and the Interdenominational Christian Women’s Fellowship Ministry at Penn State Hershey Medical Center. After living in Harrisburg, PA for 37 years, she returned to Pittsburgh in 2019.
Rev. Humphries has served the church and community for over three decades, with a strong focus on prison ministry, women’s empowerment, and reentry support. She is the founder of Heaven Gates Ministries, Inc., a faith-based transitional housing program for women, and Woman 2 Woman and Chat & Chew, outreach programs centered on healing and restoration. She is also the author of Whispers From Above: Hearing God’s Voice in the Midst of Chaotic Times and is driven by her passion to help women recognize their God-given worth and purpose.

Wileen Amy-Scott is a Senior Finance Coordinator with PepsiCo, bringing 20 years of experience in financial management. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, she made Harrisburg, Pennsylvania her home after completing her undergraduate studies at Central Pennsylvania College. Pursing a Master of Science degree in Finance at The Pennsylvania State University, further strengthening her expertise in corporate finance and financial leadership.
A first-generation Haitian American, woman of faith, wife, and mother, Wileen is deeply committed to community service and philanthropic engagement. She actively supports organizations such as Shalom House, a Harrisburg-based shelter dedicated to empowering women and children toward lasting independence, and the American Literacy Corporation, which promotes literacy among elementary school students nationwide. Through volunteering and mentorship, Wileen advocates for education, reading, and social justice, using her professional experience and personal values to advance meaningful community impact.

Dr. Martin is an award-winning educator, strategist, and equity leader with 24 years of service across K–12 and higher education. She currently serves as the Director of the Multicultural Student Affairs office at Shippensburg University of PA, where she supports students and faculty while advancing initiatives around student leadership, access, belonging and academic success. As President of the Pennsylvania Black Conference on Higher Education, Dr. Martin amplifies the voices of students, professionals, and leaders statewide. She is also the founder of Liberated Strategies LLC, a liberation-centered consulting practice, and the author of Rebel Writes: Navigating Personal and Collective Liberation.
Through her work, Dr. Martin equips institutions, leaders, and communities to move beyond performative diversity statements to equity-informed strategies that create sustainable, systemic change. She is a sought-after keynote speaker and facilitator whose message centers student voice, culturally responsive leadership, and education as a tool for liberation. Her mission is simple but urgent: to ensure that schools and systems are places that liberate every learner who enters their doors.

Dr. Euthalia Cassel Philgence is an agri-business and food systems specialist with more than three decades of professional experience spanning food science, agro-processing, fisheries, nutrition, standards development, and technical and vocational education and training (TVET) in the Caribbean.
Dr. Philgence has served in senior technical and coordination roles with international and regional development partners. Her work has included food safety and HACCP system development, agro-processing plant operations, fisheries value chain development, product development, standards and policy formulation, and socio-economic data collection and analysis. She has led and contributed to projects across Saint Lucia and the wider Caribbean, including Dominica, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Grenada, and Trinidad and Tobago.
A strong advocate for workforce development, she has played a key role in the development, implementation, and quality assurance of the Caribbean Vocational Qualification (CVQ) system, serving as a Quality Assurance Officer and later as a freelance consultant delivering competency-based education and training (CBET), assessor and verifier training, curriculum development, and standards review. She continues to assess and support both trained and prior learners at national and regional levels.
Currently, Dr. Philgence works as a Freelance Consultant, providing technical assistance in agri-business development, food safety and standards compliance, fisheries and marine-based product development, TVET systems strengthening, and small enterprise capacity building. She serves on multiple national standards and Codex committees and is a member of several professional and academic associations.
Her career reflects a sustained commitment to food safety, sustainable agri-business, skills development, and regional capacity building, with a practical, evidence-based approach grounded in both field experience and academic rigor.

Tisha is a versatile professional with over 35 years of experience across accounting, nonprofit management, event planning, marketing, graphic design, and entrepreneurship. She holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from Eastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Syracuse University, along with advanced certifications in events leadership, graphic design, and entrepreneurship from institutions including Temple University, Harvard Business School Online, and Wharton. Her expertise bridges creative design with strategic business operations.
In 2018, Tisha founded a custom apparel business that expanded into Swag Lady, a women’s empowerment brand, and Design Junkie Tees, which provides branded apparel and promotional products for businesses and organizations. A motivational speaker and life member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Tisha is driven by faith, creativity, and service, and is a proud mother and grandmother.

Marcella dedicated 42 years to Sunrise Community, Inc., a multi-state nonprofit organization supporting individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities. Beginning her career in 1981, she advanced through several leadership roles, including Regional Administrator, where she managed a $30 million budget and oversaw large teams. Her work focused on delivering high-quality services while ensuring dignity, respect, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
In 2006, Marcella became the organization’s Compliance Officer, developing a comprehensive compliance program rooted in ethics, transparency, and accountability. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Windsor and a Master of Science in Human Service Administration from Nova Southeastern University and has authored articles on nonprofit compliance and organizational transparency. Retiring in February 2023, Marcella is known for her leadership, mentoring, and advocacy, and now enjoys travel, music, theater, and exploring global cuisine.

Shawn D. Johnson, MSS, MLSP, MS has over 30 years of experience in Human Services and is currently the Senior Director of Case Management at Elwyn, Inc. She holds a Master of Social Work and a Master of Law & Social Policy from Bryn Mawr College, as well as a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Saint Joseph’s University. A dedicated advocate for vulnerable populations, Shawn actively supports initiatives that promote independence and self-sufficiency for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
In 2003, Shawn founded The REMNANT, a nonprofit organization supporting individuals returning to the community following incarceration. Deeply committed to service, Shawn has served on several community boards, volunteers extensively with organizations serving vulnerable populations, and remains driven by her devotion to family as the proud mother of five children and grandmother of ten, with family and community unity at the heart of her work.
