Cultivating Aviation Program (CAP)
The Cultivating Aviation Program (CAP) introduces youth ages 10–17 to the world of aviation through hands-on learning, mentorship, and exposure to career pathways in the industry. Launching as a Harrisburg area pilot cohort in Summer 2026, the program is designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and cultivate future leaders in aviation and related fields.
Through interactive workshops, site visits, and guidance from aviation professionals, participants gain early exposure to STEM concepts, leadership skills, and real-world opportunities that expand their vision of what is possible in aviation and beyond.
